Rob Rinkus was great from start to finish. We were motivated buyers and had the willingness to see as many houses as needed to find the one. We appreciated his honesty and candidness a lot. He had great strategies for making up a good bid and worked really well with our lender. Rob always made the process seem easy, and we never had a concern about anything from the realtor's side. Rob is just a good person as an individual, and that makes him a top-notch realtor. We plan on using his services in the future.
